Methodology

How Each Matter Is Handled

Each engagement at Thip Legal begins with a review of the estate's current situation — what assets are involved, who the relevant family members and beneficiaries are, and which legal processes apply. This initial review is conducted without charge and without obligation.

From that review, we identify which of our services is appropriate and explain the process in detail. The scope of work is then written up and agreed before any fees are engaged. Throughout the matter, written reports are issued at each stage. The family always knows where the process stands.
